Why did my same day delivery order get cancelled?
Same day delivery orders are now delivered by our own fleet of drivers and most of the time will cancel because of the following reasons: invalid/expired ID, customer was not present to receive order, customer entered the incorrect address or typo in address, customer entered incorrect phone number, or simply did not answer phone or door when the driver was trying to deliver.
When this happens, the driver only waits 5 minutes for you to answer them upon delivery and has to move onto the next delivery because we have a lot of orders to deliver. We CANNOT accommodate this because our couriers have many orders to deliver within the delivery time slot. They deliver all the orders they have in the most efficient route to get all the orders delivered in a timely manner.
How Do I Track My Same Day Delivery?
Once a same day delivery order is placed, we will connect your order with a driver when it comes time for the time slot you selected at the checkout page. Once a driver connects to your order, you will receive a text message to the phone number that you entered on your order details with an live tracking link. The delivery driver will call you when they arrive at your address. You must have a valid government issued ID upon delivery stating you are 21 years of age or older.

Why is My Coupon Code From the Pop Up Message Not Working Now?
The coupon code you receive when entering your email in the pop up form to sign up for our newsletter is a one time use code only. Some customers run into the problem that they enter the coupon code at the cart/checkout page, then they back out of it to change or add something to their orders.
