Same Day Delivery Terms and Condition

WE ARE DEFINITELY STRICT ABOUT OUR SAME DAY DELIVERY POLICY SO PLEASE READ!
- MAKE SURE ALL ORDER DETAILS ARE 100% ACCURATE FOR YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
- Make sure that whoever is receiving the order from the Thrive Flower courier has their full name and contact info on the shipping details for your order. They must also be present upon delivery. NO ONE ELSE BESIDES WHOSE NAME IS ON THE SHIPPING INFO CAN RECEIVE THE ORDER UPON DELIVERY.
- At the checkout page, please select a time slot that you would like your order delivered within. We now deliver orders in batches: 1-3pm, 4-6pm, and 7-9pm. We accept same day delivery orders between the hours of 8am-7pm.
- You may place an order for a delivery time slot up until EXACTLY THE START TIME OF AN ORDER. Our system will automatically shut off a time slot exactly at the start of it.
- We CANNOT accommodate specific delivery times (Ex. delivery after 4:30pm in the 4-6pm time slot).
- You must place your same day delivery order BEFORE the start time of a specific time slot. Our couriers pick up all orders for a time slot right when it starts so you CANNOT place a same day delivery order in the middle of a time slot.
- You will get texted a live tracking link for the Thrive Flower driver ONCE A DRIVER CONNECTS to your order
- You must be PRESENT UPON DELIVERY and have VALID ID for the name on the order that states you are 21 years of age or older
- YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO ANSWER THE DRIVER AND MEET THEM UPON DELIVERY
- IF YOU MISS DELIVERY, WE MUST CHARGE YOU $15 FOR REDELIVERY or we can refund you minus the cost of the $15 delivery.
