Why did my same day delivery order get cancelled?
Same day delivery orders are now delivered by our own fleet of drivers and most of the time will cancel because of the following reasons: invalid/expired ID, customer was not present to receive order, customer entered the incorrect address or typo in address, customer entered incorrect phone number, or simply did not answer phone or door when the driver was trying to deliver.
When this happens, the driver only waits 5 minutes for you to answer them upon delivery and has to move onto the next delivery because we have a lot of orders to deliver. Why is My Coupon Code From the Pop Up Message Not Working Now?
